You will receive an email one week before the shipment of your wines. This email will provide an opportunity to log in online and adjust your selection from a list of wines available at that time. The list will change with each shipment so that you can continue to explore new wines as you’d like. Members who do not make their selection by the given deadline will receive our selection automatically.

Yes, we will allow for a membership to be frozen for up to two shipments. The time a membership is frozen cannot exceed 6 months in duration. Therefore, if you are doing biannual shipments, you’ll only be able to freeze the membership for one shipment which is the equivalent of 6 months.

Any changes in contact information, shipping address or payment information should be conveyed immediately to avoid delays in shipping. You can also login to your Club Member Access page online and update your information at any time.

Club membership is ongoing, and may be cancelled any time after the first shipment by contacting us at molesiniwineclub@gmail.com. We kindly request that you notify us at least 30 days before your next shipment.

Your credit card will be billed automatically based on your subscription schedule. We will bill the credit card we have on file for your account up to one week prior to the shipment date. For example, if the next shipment is due to be released on December 1st, then we will bill your credit card approximately between November 24th-30th.

Yes! All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We recommend many people ship to their company or business to ensure a successful delivery if they are not normally home during the day. You will receive a tracking number for each delivery so that you can plan accordingly for the delivery.

For each person you refer that signs up, you’ll receive 10% off your next shipment. If five of your friends join? You’ll receive 50% off your next shipment! We genuinely appreciate your help in spreading the word.

It does! When you sign up, you’ll receive an email with your specific member number. After the Collector and Premium level clubs hit capacity, any open slots will be offered to members of the next tier based on their member number. For example, if a spot opens up in the Collector level, we will reach out to our Premium members in the order of their member number to offer that spot for them to upgrade. You member number will also be used to grant access to various tours and events when you visit Cortona.
